Each reactive form class comes with a unique value
property that allows you to interact with it in the component or binding to templates.
If you are working with a FormControl, the value will correspond to that particular control.
For FormGroup instances, an object will be returned representing all controls within it.
A FormArray, on the other hand, will provide an array containing values from either FormControls or FormGroups.
