Displaying Typescript command line options during the build process in Visual Studio

As I delve into the world of VS 2015 Typescript projects, I find myself faced with a myriad of build options. Many times, the questions and answers on Stack Overflow mention command line options that I'm not completely familiar with, especially when it comes to how they correspond to the Typescript Build options within the Visual Studio 2015 user interface.

Is there a tool or extension available that displays the specific command line commands executed by Visual Studio when different project Typescript Build options are selected?

When TypeScript is compiled in Visual Studio, it utilizes the Microsoft.TypeScript.targets file to pass the path to an options file to tsc.exe. An example of this is:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\TypeScript\1.5\tsc.exe"  @"C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp\tmp12bc368455ec43d08c6a17ac865eb778.rsp"

The contents of the .rsp file may contain information such as:

--sourcemap --target ES6 --noEmitOnError --locale en-US "C:\Users\Username\Documents\Visual Studio 2015\Projects\TypeScriptHTMLApp1\TypeScriptHTMLApp1\app.ts" ......

Unfortunately, this file is temporary, making it difficult to extract information from.
