Currently in my chrome extension, I'm utilizing web workers to collect response header cookies from a specific website. Interestingly, when I execute the request on the main thread, the response contains all the expected cookies. However, when the exact same request is executed on a web worker script, most of the response headers are mysteriously missing. Here are the links to the two different responses:

If you are currently working on a manifest V2 extension and using a browser version that is equal to or less than 88, there might be a potential solution.
Navigate to the chrome flags page and activate the #same-site-by-default-cookies flag.

If enabling this flag allows the extension to function properly in the web worker again, it indicates that the problem is indeed related to the reported bug.
Remember to disable the flag after conducting this test.
