Find the name of the region in the user's query

I've implemented the weather-js npm module (weather-js) to retrieve weather information for a specific region.

While everything is functioning correctly, I'm looking to customize it based on user input.

The module currently only accepts region names in the search parameter. How can I modify it so that it can process user input from any element in the query array?

How can I extract the region from the user query and pass it to weather.find?

var weather = require('weather-js');
var query = ["Weather of US" ,"Tell weather Of US", "US weather today" ,"What is US weather"],
weather(query);
function weather(query){
  weather.find({search: query, degreeType: 'F'}, function(err, result) {
  if(err){
    err = 'temperature could not be fetched';
    return err;
  }
  var temp   = result[0].current.temperature;
  var fToCel = (temp - 32) * 5 / 9;
  return fToCel;
});
}
