How can we integrate a real-time counter into a text field in Laravel Nova?

Currently, I am utilizing the Nova Admin panel in my Laravel project.

I have integrated a new resource that requires the admin to input text into various fields. One of these fields is a meta-title or meta description. While everything seems to be working fine, I now wish to include a live character counter that displays the length of the string entered in the text field.

Any suggestions on how I can accomplish this?

Answer №1

If you're looking to enable this functionality, there is a specialized package available that can help achieve it. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide the link here directly. However, if you search for "Charcounter" as a novapackage, you should be able to locate it easily.
