Is it Mission Impossible to Combine NodeJs, Restify, SQL Server, TypeScript, and IIS?

Starting a Rest API project using NodeJS with Restify on a Windows environment (local server with IIS and SQLServer) while also using Typescript may seem like a difficult task. Is it an impossible mission?

Does anyone have any helpful guides, documentation, or tips to share?

Thank you

Starting a Rest API project using NodeJS with Restify on a Windows environment (not cloud, Azure, AWS etc, but a local server), with IIS and SQLServer seems like a challenging task. Adding Typescript into the mix makes it even more complex. Is this an impossible mission? Are there any guides or documentation available?

From what I understand, hosting a node.js application on IIS is possible. This isn't specifically related to Typescript. If you can publish the node.js to a deployment file, we could potentially use iisnode to meet these requirements.

For more information, I recommend referring to an article that explains how to install and publish a node.js application to IIS.
