Using this unique CSS code, I've managed to give my unordered lists a touch of elegance:

I was wondering if there's a way to add a final list item with the same stylish appearance that fills up the remaining space. For example:
[item A] [item B] [item C] [------big empty one----------]
Is there a method to determine how much space is left and possibly set a list item to occupy 100% of the width?
