The pull-right feature in Bootstrap 4 seems to be malfunctioning when used in a

  1. Currently, I am utilizing bootstrap 4 for my project.
  2. I have encountered an issue with the navbar not aligning correctly on the page, and I'm struggling to identify the root cause of this problem.
  3. Is there someone who can provide assistance in resolving this issue?

Initially, I attempted to add the "pull-right" class to the navbar-collapse div, but unfortunately, it did not yield the desired result. Subsequently, I also experimented with applying the "float: right" property with the "!important" declaration, but this approach also proved ineffective.

<div class="collapse navbar-collapse pull-right" id="navbarSupportedContent">
    <ul class="navbar-nav mr-auto>
        <li class="nav-item active">
            <a class="nav-link" href="#">HOME</a>
        </li>

        <li class="nav-item">
            <a class="nav-link" href="#">FAQS & HELPS</a>
        </li>

        <li class="nav-item">
            <a class="nav-link" href="#">CONTACT</a>
        </li>

        <li class="nav-item">
            <a class="nav-link" href="#">LOGIN</a>
        <</li>
    </ul>
</div>

My objective is to position the content of the div (consisting of nav links) to the right side of the page.

This will transform the ul tag into:

<ul class="navbar-nav ml-auto">
