Tips for altering the color of an image using CSS attributes

I am looking to create a male Head component in this design draft and modify the CSS according to the skin prop. I have attempted to use filter and mix-blend-mode properties, but have not found a solution yet. Any guidance on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.

To incorporate SVG as a component for displaying your image, you can pass the color as a prop. Here is an example:

<template>
  <svg width="100" height="100">
    <circle cx="50" cy="50" r="40" stroke="green" stroke-width="4" :fill="props.color" />
  </svg>
</template>

<script setup lang="ts">
const props = defineProps({
  color: {
    type: String,
    required: false,
    default: 'yellow',
  },
});
</script>

Then, in the parent component:

<template>
  <MyImage color="red"/>
</template>
