Troubleshooting Bootstrap bug caused by rollupPluginBabelHelpers

I am currently working on a Bootstrap 4 website. I noticed that in Internet Explorer, the modal works fine when opened for the first time, but then displays an error in the console and does not open when trying to do so a second time on the same window. Once I have opened a modal once, I am unable to reopen it. However, others who haven't opened it yet are able to open it, but they also encounter the same error. I am using the Gulp compiler with Babel, although I have disabled the modules. I'm unsure where this issue originates from, can anyone offer me some guidance on how to resolve this problem?

Additionally, my searches on Google did not yield any helpful solutions. The only suggestion I came across was to disable the fade effect on the modal, but this did not solve the issue. Please excuse any mistakes in my English, as it is not my native language.

The reason for this issue is that you are still on an outdated version of Bootstrap 4. I recommend upgrading to at least version 4.1.1 or 4.1.2.
